Does Beach Better offer free golf cart delivery to vacation rentals?
Yes — free delivery and pickup is included with every rental to approved neighborhoods across Destin, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, and 30A. Gated communities require a gate code or guard notification. Self pick-up from Beach Better at 76 N Holiday Rd, Miramar Beach is also available at a discounted rate.
Why do some HOAs prohibit golf cart rentals?
HOAs restrict outside golf cart rentals for insurance liability, limited parking, noise concerns, or exclusive vendor agreements. Many communities allow owners to operate their own carts but prohibit rentals from outside companies like Beach Better. These rules are set and enforced by community property management — not by Beach Better.
What does "Exclusive Vendor" mean?
Exclusive vendor means the community has contracted with a single golf cart company for all rentals. Beach Better cannot deliver to these properties. Communities with exclusive agreements include Destiny By The Sea (Destin), Paradise Isles (Miramar Beach), WaterColor, and Prominence 30A (Santa Rosa Beach). Your property manager can connect you with the approved provider.
Are Beach Better golf carts street-legal on 30A?
Yes — Beach Better rents street-legal low-speed vehicles (LSVs) with Florida license plates. They are legal to drive on public roads with 35 mph or lower speed limits, including Scenic Highway 30A and Scenic Gulf Drive. Golf carts cannot be driven on sidewalks, the beach, trails, or Emerald Coast Parkway (Highway 98).
Does Seascape Resort allow golf cart rentals?
Yes — all Seascape Resort buildings in Miramar Beach allow golf cart rentals from Beach Better. Yes — Emerald Waters Village Condo allows gas golf cart rentals from Beach Better. There is no electrical outlet available at the property, so electric carts cannot be charged there. Gas only. Note that Emerald Waters Village (separate from the Condo) is also approved for gas cart delivery.
