What Is Not an Emergency
Dead batteries and lost keys are not emergencies. Beach Better handles non-accident needs during normal business hours. Emergencies = crash or theft only.
AirTag Tracking — Every Rental Cart Is Equipped

If your phone shows an AirTag alert during your stay, check the unique cart ID on the windshield to confirm it belongs to your rental. This is normal — it means your cart is tracking properly.
