Many HOAs allow owner carts but prohibit rentals from outside companies. Restrictions are enforced by property management, not Beach Better.

Can I rent a golf cart in Destin, Florida?
Yes — most Destin neighborhoods allow golf cart rentals. Beach Better delivers to Crystal Beach, Destiny East, Destiny West, Henderson Beach Resort, Nantucket Cottages, Regatta Bay, Enclave, Villages of Crystal Beach, and many more. Restricted neighborhoods include Destin Pointe, Silver Dunes, SunDestin, Dolphin Point, and Grand Key Loop. Always confirm with your property manager before booking.
Which Miramar Beach neighborhoods allow golf cart rentals?
The majority do — including all Seascape buildings (Ariel Dunes, Majestic Sun, Empress, Boardwalk Villas, Lakefront Villas, Golf Course Villas, Tennis Village, The Grove), Frangista, Maravilla, Surfside, Emerald Shores, Bungalow Beach, Leeward Key, Mediterranea, and many more. Restricted communities include Sandestin Resort, TOPS'L, Hidden Dunes, and MainSail Resort. We offer free delivery to all approved Miramar Beach vacation rentals.
Can I rent a golf cart in Santa Rosa Beach or on 30A?
Some 30A neighborhoods allow rentals and some don't. Beach Better delivers to Grayton Beach, Seagrove Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, Seacrest Beach, Cypress Dunes, Redfish Village, Village at Blue Mountain, and more. Rosemary Beach, Seaside, Alys Beach, WaterSound, and Old Florida Beach do not permit outside rental companies. WaterColor and Prominence 30A have exclusive vendor agreements. Check your specific neighborhood before booking.
Does Seascape in Miramar Beach allow golf cart rentals?
Yes. All Seascape Resort buildings in Miramar Beach allow golf cart delivery from Beach Better — including Ariel Dunes I & II, Majestic Sun A & B, Empress, Boardwalk Villas, Lakefront Villas, Golf Course Villas, Tennis Village, and all three Grove buildings (Holly, Juniper, Dogwood). A security gate code is required — your property manager can provide it.
Does Sandestin allow golf cart rentals from outside companies?
No. Sandestin Resort (including TOPS'L and Del Mar Estates) does not permit golf cart rentals from outside companies including Beach Better. If your vacation rental is within Sandestin, you'll need to use their on-site rental options.
Why do some neighborhoods ban golf cart rentals?
HOAs restrict rentals for insurance liability, limited parking, noise concerns, or exclusive vendor agreements. These rules typically apply only to rental carts — not owner-operated ones. Restrictions are set and enforced by the community's property management, not by Beach Better.
What does "Exclusive" mean?
Some communities contract with a single vendor for all golf cart rentals. Beach Better cannot deliver to these properties. Communities with exclusive agreements include Destiny By The Sea in Destin, Paradise Isles in Miramar Beach, and WaterColor and Prominence 30A in Santa Rosa Beach. Your property manager can connect you with the approved provider.
Does Beach Better deliver golf carts to vacation rentals for free?
Yes — free delivery and pickup to your vacation rental on every rental, in any approved neighborhood across Destin, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, and 30A. Some neighborhoods require a gate code for access. Self pick-up from our shop at 76 N Holiday Rd, Miramar Beach is also available.
What types of golf carts does Beach Better rent?
We rent street-legal low-speed vehicles (LSVs) in both gas and electric, available as 4-seat or 6-seat models. Many feature Bluetooth speakers, LED party lights, and lifted suspensions. Every cart is Florida-registered with a license plate, legal to drive on public roads like 30A and Scenic Gulf Drive — never on sidewalks, the beach, or Emerald Coast Parkway.
