We’ll check on the cart after every renter, ensuring it’s still in excellent condition and safe for the next group. And we’ll tidy it up between groups so it presents attractively when your new group checks in.

We’ll partner with your property manager to ensure rental agreements are in good order and guests are educated on LSV laws and etiquette.

We offer four or six seat Bintelli Beyond electric golf carts in this leasing program. Your guests will love their experience driving a Bintelli Beyond because it comes with cool features like a Bluetooth speaker system and a back up camera in addition to premium seats. The carts we use in this program have extended range batteries offering renters 25 miles per charge so your groups can cruise the day away without worrying about dead batteries interrupting their plans.

How Does Leasing A Golf Cart Actually Work?

• Beach Better provides, maintains, services, cleans and insures the cart. We support your property manager in caring for your guests while they’re in town to ensure their safety (by communicating all local laws) and maximize their FUN by making sure they know how to use all the awesome features of your leased golf cart.

• We hold all liability so you do not need to purchase your own insurance coverage. Every cart driver would be required to eSign our Rental Agreement and put a credit card on file for incidentals (ie Parking Ticket). The property manager will deploy rental agreement links to each reservation when they book your house, and then we’ll track their completion and audit for compliance.

• If an issue arises such as a crash, lost key, break down or parking ticket – or damages are found on the cart after check out, Beach Better coordinates directly with the group to resolve the matter (your family is not legally involved).

• If renters abuse the cart such as an underage driver, driving on Emerald Coast Parkway, failure to use seatbelts, pulled over for sidewalk driving, etc then BBGCR we will confiscate the cart from the renter.

• Drivers must be age 22+, have a valid drivers license and have valid auto insurance that covers rented vehicles (most do). If insurance cannot be verified, your renter will be required to purchase our daily Rental Collision Protection (RCP) insurance at their own expense.

• Beach Better supplies all needed charging items including a heavy gauge extension cord and lock box for drivers to access the cart key upon completion of e-Signing their Rental Agreements.
